The wait

Curtains exhausting their essence,
Repelling the sun licking all the world,
Touching softly and benevolently the leaves of the succulents,
Growing in the garden once I cared passionately,
Now neglected likr children stuck in front of bright screens
Piercing their pupils,
Scooping their brains like ice cream buckets...
Curtains drawned with despair,
No light is allowed in this room,
In this improvised tomb on top floor of a building,
Pain keeps me awake as the rumor of war,
Phlegm fulfilling the lungs,
Infecting them, just like bacteria,
Like hard porn does with teenagers' minds...
Curtains forcing their will against the wind,
The room is shut like a cheater's mouth,
And I'm waiting, waiting and waiting...
Death is the most inconsiderate guest
